The AI Music Creation Bot is an interactive service on Telegram that allows users to compose and generate complete, custom original songs (lyrics, melodies, vocals, and arrangement) based on textual prompts voluntarily provided.

Generating the music involves leveraging third-party advanced generative audio AI models (via Kie.ai and Suno V5). Generated tracks are securely stored and delivered directly into the user's Telegram chat.

The service operates on a credit system: users purchase music credits (where 1 credit corresponds to the creation of 1 complete song) and consume them on demand.

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the proper functioning and faturamento of the service:

• Telegram Identification: Chat ID and first name automatically provided by the Telegram platform upon interaction with the bot. We do not collect your phone number or have access to your private Telegram account.
• Creation Preferences: Story details, style prompts, and vocal genres selected by you for generating each specific song.
• Usage History: Record of songs created, generated audio object paths, and available credit balance.
• Billing Data: Transaction metadata and amount to authorize credit additions.We do not collect or store credit card details, passwords, or any sensitive financial credentials.
• Support Interaction: Any information voluntarily provided when reaching out to us via email.

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Identify users and manage their music credit balance;
• Feed the AI engines to generate personalized lyrics and arrangements;
• Authorize, process, and confirm payments and credit balances;
• Provide customer support and technical assistance;
• Prevent fraud and malicious abuse of the service;
• Comply with regulatory or legal requirements.

We do not use your personal data for marketing, targeted ads, or sale/rent to third-party brokers.

The bot supports two secure payment methods for credit additions:

Your data is shared only in the following specific scenarios:

• Kie.ai / Suno V5 API: Prompts, styles, and vocality constraints are transmitted to third-party AI processors solely to write, voice, and orchestrate the song. No personal identifiers (Chat ID or name) are ever sent.
• Stripe: Anonymous metadata is shared during checkout to credit the appropriate balance upon webhook confirmation.
• Telegram: Telegram handles message delivery and Stars processing.
• Legal requirement: When mandated by valid courts or legal authorities.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your details to third parties for commercial advertising.

We retain your records only for as long as necessary to complete the outlined purposes or legal mandates:

• Account Records (Chat ID, balance, audio history): Maintained while your account is active so you can always access your music library. Deleted within 30 days upon request.
• Financial Logs: Retained for 5 years in compliance with tax audits and legal requirements.

Under General Data Protection regulations, you hold the right to:

• Access: Confirm and request copies of processed personal records;
• Correction: Correct inaccurate or incomplete details;
• Deletion: Request erasure of unnecessary details;
• Portability: Receive a copy of your structured records;
• Consent Withdrawal: Cancel consent at any time without retroactive damage.

We enforce high industry technical measures to protect your details against unauthorized access, leak, or modification:

• All API communication runs over encrypted HTTPS/TLS;
• Protected database systems with access authentication;
• Zero passwords or payment numbers are stored.

Our bot is not directed to minors under 18 years old. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has made transactions, contact us immediately for deletion.

We may update this policy periodically. Major changes will be posted inside the bot. The last updated date at the top of the page always indicates the current active policy.
